Review of Blood Brothers by Zak
Blood Brothers Review
I went to see Blood Brothers on the 20th of January 2022 at The Theatre Royal in Windsor and this is my review.
Acting
Firstly, my favorite thing about the acting was the way the actors were so good at switching emotions with characters. For example, when mickey was angry. The actor (Sean Jones) really showed you how he felt. You could see it in his eyes. The same goes for when mickey was happy.
Lights
Now, I would like to say the lights were perfect but I cannot because not everything is perfect which we all know very well. So, I think the lighting when charters were moving was good because you could see them clearly and the way they shined a spot on them was magnificent. Overall, the lighting was not bad and I consider that a good thing.
Set/Props
The way all the props were perfectly chosen amazed me. I like the way the actors moved the props of set and on set so smoothly. The set was nice I could tell they spent a lot of time into it. That is all I have to say about the set/props but I really do admire their hard work.
Costumes
My first thing that I would like to say about the costumes is that I really do like them and they were perfect for the characters. For example, the way you could tell between rich and poor with mickey and Edwards outfit was good and shows how one outfit could make a significant difference.
Sum up
To sum this all up I would like to say that overall, I thought this was amazing and I would recommend my friends and family to watch it on a live stage like me. Personally, there was nothing I did not like about this show and the actors and the people involved should be proud of their performance.
